Troy Beals Jr. is the Founder and Program Director of Future Ready Leaders, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting youth ages 13–21 through mentorship, life skills training, academic support, career readiness, and leadership development.
Driven by a passion for helping young people succeed, Troy works to create positive opportunities for youth and families throughout the Baton Rouge area. His mission is to empower teens and young adults with the confidence, resources, and guidance needed to become successful, independent leaders in their communities.

Future Ready Leaders was founded by Troy Beals Jr with a vision to create safe, supportive, and empowering spaces for youth.
The program focuses on helping young people, especially foster youth and at-risk teens, develop real-world skills that prepare them for success.

Youth Mentorship Program
One-on-one mentorship designed to guide youth toward positive choices and healthy relationships.
